Horrible customer service, they don't stand behind what they sell, and instead of helping customers with problems, they refer them to repair technicians unnecessarily!

Only got 1 because there wasn't 1/2 star. Worst shopping experience ever.Store manager was rude, I was very disappointed with our service.We were going to buy all the appliances for our new kitchen, but my husband said he would drive to Yarmouth before he would darken that doorway again. We can't imagine running a business like that.we definitely would not recommend this store to anyone.
Worst customer service ever. Everything I ordered came in incorrect and three months later they are avoiding me on an ETA for the corrected order. They have been rude, tried blaming me on some of the order and never call back when they say they will.
Worst sales service on earth. Rude and uninformed.
