Although the product I was looking for was not in stock, the staff were friendly and helpful. They informed me that the would be some in stock next week.
DAN SMALL and DOUG MACNEIL are an asset to the Antigonish store, polite, considerate, knowledgeable and respectful. Knowing I did not know what to do, they were more than helpful. They are probably going to be my new best friends until I get the hang of my new tablet. My thanks to both of them.
Staples usually has amazing customer service however customer service is basically non existant here. Ive been in this store quite a few times over the last year and only once (today) have I ever been acknowledged upon entering the store. Ive never been asked if i needed help, I usually have to wait at the print counter for 5-10 minutes clearly waiting for assistance before someone begrudgingly comes over to help. The workers spend the majority of their time talking amongst themselves and ignoring the customers. Whoever owns this branch needs to replace some people, not once have I ever left here with a positive experience.
