After coming off the ferry and driving awhile, we were so tired and stopped here. The owner was so wonderful for giving us a fantastic price and giving us a great room. The beds were large and very comfortable! The room was very spacious with a large bathroom. There were ample towels, and so clean! It's a great place and we will definitely stop in again on our way through!
Keep expectations low. The room seemed clean enough at first with no odd smells and we were able to get in late. Dropped two stars since found mouse dropping in one of the beds, the AC was way too old and loud, and "breakfast" is coffee, cereal and odd flavored yogurt on a table outside the office. Place was somewhat cheaper than most in the area.
Great place to rest! I was surprised by how nicely the room was decorated. The bed was really comfortable and there were updated lighting fixtures and bathrooms. The price was very reasonable for the quality.
Stayed here on two separate occasions. The motel is cheerful, clean, and simple. They have pet friendly rooms but be sure to book ahead or call if you have pets as those rooms could book up quickly especially in the summer. The front office had breakfast every morning which includes eggs, waffles, bagels, coffee, tea, etc. Definately would recommend a stay here.
A certain novelty here, the accommodation is comfotable but very clean, not luxurious.You stay in chalets which are nice. There is no restaurant or bar, however, there is a very good steakhouse across the road.Breakfast is a basic continental which you take back to your chalet - or eat on the small patio! as we did.There is a petrol station/repair shop and well stocked convenience store across the road.The staff are excellent and there is free parking.
